New for 2026

Vendors on
the new Piazza

New this year, the Piazza adds even more vendor space to Harvest & Haunt.

Ideally positioned in front of the new Lola’s Cocktails & Kitchen, the Piazza brings more foot traffic to the south side of Eastdale Village.

With local vendors throughout the village and this new gathering spot to explore, visitors can discover more businesses as they shop, trick-or-treat, and enjoy the celebration.

Vendors must participate until at least 6 p.m. You are welcome to stay until 8 p.m.

Before you apply

Bring your setup.

Provide your own tent, tables, chairs, signage, and scale if needed. You are responsible for setting up and breaking down your space.

Each tent leg must have a securely attached 30 lb weight. The Event Coordinator will inspect setups before opening; non-compliant vendors must make corrections.
